OK so I don't even remember the last time I was on here, but I did want to update on what's been going on in my life lately. Last August, I hooked up with Melissa Brisman's office and met up with a wonderful set of IPs. We had a clinic date in September and did a fresh 5d blast transfer on October 30th. We put in 2 embies since they were excellent quality and guess what? Both the little ones decided to hang around!!!

Flash forward to today. I'm 14 weeks pregnant with twinners! We don't know the sexes yet, but I have an ultrasound on February 18th so we're all hopeful to find out then!!! I hope to update more often but with work and being this tired, it may not happen. Thanks for checking in on me though :D

Your mom & dad came here to visit yesterday. They lefta t about 3:00 am and drove all night to be here for the nuchal fold scan. That went wonderfully. We all got to see you moving around -- it looked like maybe you ahd hiccoughs/ They gave your parents 2 pictures (which they couldn't stop staring at) and a cd. They then had to take some of my blood -- so they pricked my finger, and didi it again, and again and agin (6 times total) because my fingers wouldn't bleed. Once they got everything, we left for lunch. It was great spending that time together.

Then we went to the hospital for my regular OB appointment. Your mom came with me and your dad slept in the car (poor guy was so tired he only had 45 minutes of sleep)

Dr Lattanzi came in and found your heartrate for us to hear and said evrything was great and that he'd see me back in 4 weeks. After that I took your mom to the birth center so she could see the rooms.

We went back to the car, said our goodby's and then we left.

Silly side note: Your parents stopped to pick strawberries on the way home :) Sounded like they had a great time!

Well I don't think there is much to update. I was taken off all my meds on June 3rd and then was put on prometrium as a suppository for the next few weeks -- which is WAY better than PIO! The little bean is doing great. All ultrasounds have put the baby right where it needs to be. The heart rate at 7w3d was 154bpm and at the 8w4d ultrasound, they didn't give me an actual rate but told me it was nice and strong. I have since rented a doppler and calculated the rate at 11w at 174bpm so my guess is that my IPs will need to be buying lots of pink.

On a side note, my MIL is an absolute moron -- she had the nerve to tell me (not ask) that she was sure I was going to have a hard time giving up this baby if it were a girl, since I so want a girl. Um I'm not sure which voice in her head told her that, but I'm just fine with my two angel boys! I guess she'll see when I hand this little one over to my IP's.

I can't wait to start showing -- I'm just a little plump right now.....I'm in maternity clothes now too -- just because my pooch gets too sore with regular pants -- and to hide the pooch, I am starting to wear larger and even marternity tops.....

I got hte fetal heartbeat monitor today and of course couldn't wait to use it and let your parents hear. I figured your heart rate to be about 174 which only further supports what I've been feeling -- that you're a little girl.

I know no matter if you're a boy or girl, you'll be very loved!!! I can't wait to see you on the 20th. I've been told that the images are amazing. Well I'm tired now so I'll go.

We're back from Disney. It was wonderful. I have to comment on why it's been so long sicne my last entry -- on top of vacation I've been very tired.

I wasn't able to schedule the nuchal fold scan until June 20th so I rescheduled my OB appointment for the same day. Your mom and dad are coming in that day. I'm sure you won't dissapoint them

I must say taht I again had some spotting that had em worried but one call to the nurse and another call to the OB assured me that all should be fine so I'll just continue to pray you stay strong an dgrow. You have two very deserving parents waiting for you. I'm so thankful to be a part of this journey! Thankful that I can share a gift so special with such special people.

I forgot to update on meds -- I stopped femtrace last week and took my "last" progesterone shot on June 3rd, then had blood drawn on June 6th and took 1 more shot and now take prometrium 4x a day for 2-3 more weeks.

I took the day off yesterday because I had my ultrasound at 8, bloodwork after that and then my OB appointment with Dr. Lattanzi at 1.

Everything went well you looked wonderful. I didn't get your heart rate, but hte tech said that it was nice and strong. I read somewhere that if you had a heartbeat at 8 weeks that you have a 97% chance of going full term. Nice odds!!!

The clinic was going to take me off my meds today, but because I'm going on vacation next week, they changed the plan! I'll stay on all meds until next Saturday then on Tuesday, I'll have more bloodwork drawn to make sure verything is fine.

Our next OB appointment is June 16th -- I'm hoping that we can schedule the nuchal fold scan the same day so your parents can come in for the weekend to visit. It will be the first time they will get to meet my children and the rest of my family. Well I better go.

I'm still feeling fine except for the occasional aversion to food. Well apparently I didn't update from last week's ultrasound but it wen tgreat. They measured hte heartrate -- it was 154 bpm. Just amazing

We're packing up and getting ready for Disney next week. I'm having slight cramping which has me slightly on edge but I'll do some praying and that will make me feel better.

I have another ultrasound this Friday, as well as my first OB appointment with Dr. Lattanzi. I can't wait to again be reassured that everything is going well.

I feel like such a hog now. I've been wearing looser things -- some maternity pants too. Well I'm going to ruin my figure, it's worth it to help creat a miracle like you!

OK so I know it's a day late but --- well anyway, the ultrasound went fine. We got to see the sac again, that beautiful baby and it's wonderful heart beating away. Nancy was the ultrasound tech today and she even gave me the rate -- 154 bpm! Go little one Go! All still looked good -- we are still waiting for my blood results because there was a machine at the hospital lab that was broken -- so when I hear I will let you know.

As for me, I'm feeling just fine. No morning puking or anything!!! I've had my queasy moments but it's not been too bad. I have been wanting tons of bananas but otherwise there hasn't been much else that I've been "craving". We're gearing up to go to Disney on the 29th and my first OB appointment is on the 26th. I can't wait for all of that to start happening.

Well I better get back to work!
